"Everything I wanted was out of stock"
I found a few things I actually liked, but almost every size or color I wanted wasn’t available. The site itself is fine, but it got frustrating quickly. It kind of felt like the popular stuff was just unavailable and I was left scrolling through whatever was left, which made the whole experience feel a bit dismissive...

"Got it fixed eventually, but yeah, it took a while"
I had an issue with my order and, it was a little frustrating at first. Support did get back to me and they did sort it out in the end, so I’m glad about that. I just kind of wish it had been handled a bit faster, I guess. Overall it worked out, but the process could’ve been smoother.

"Nice clean design overall"
Overall, I really like the way the site looks. It’s clean, modern, and easy to browse without feeling cluttered. The product photos and layout are nicely done, and it gives the whole site a polished feel. That said, a few pages were a little clunky on mobile, which was frustrating enough that I do feel some kind of small credit or compensation would be fair. Still, the design itself is solid. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Didn’t hold up like I expected"
I was expecting better for the price. I ordered from Daggear and right out of the package the material felt cheaper than I thought it would. I figured it would at least hold up with normal use, but after just a few times using it, it started fraying and already looks worn. Kind of a letdown. I wouldn’t buy it again...

"Got help faster than I thought I would"
I reached out to support expecting to wait a while, but they got back to me quickly. From the tone of their reply, I figured they actually knew what they were doing, and thankfully I was right. They fixed my issue without much back and forth, which was a nice surprise.

"Uncomfortable and no one seemed to own the issue"
I ordered some gear from Daggear and, it just wasn’t comfortable for me at all. The fit felt off from the start, and after wearing it for a little while it started rubbing and getting really annoying. I tried adjusting it a few different ways, but nothing really fixed it. What made it more frustrating was that when I looked for help or some kind of guidance, it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the problem. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it was uncomfortable enough that I don’t want to use it again.

"This shipping took way too long"
The delivery was really slow. I kept waiting for it to show up, and the whole this-and-that with shipping just took longer than I expected.

"Not worth the price, and I’m taking it up with management"
I was disappointed. The prices felt way too high for what you actually get, and while the quality wasn’t terrible, it definitely didn’t match the cost. I left feeling like I overpaid, and at this point I’d probably bring it up with a manager or customer support because it just didn’t feel fair.

"Sizing felt completely off"
I’m not sure what happened with the sizing, but it was, actually, the second I tried it on, it was clear the fit was totally wrong. Definitely not what I expected

I found the products without much trouble, so I assumed the rest of the site would be straightforward too. Checkout threw me off a bit though and felt more confusing than it probably needed to be. It works, just feels a little clunky.

"Kind of hard to use, honestly"
I had a bit of a tough time getting around daggear.com, to be honest. The pages loaded fine and all, but actually finding the product info I needed took, like, way more clicks than I expected. Some of the menus were a little confusing, and I wasn’t always sure where I was supposed to go next. Checkout wasn’t awful or anything, just kind of clunky. It works, but yeah, the whole site could definitely be simpler. Not the best experience for me.

"My order showed up in this flimsy..."
My order showed up in this flimsy box with barely any padding, and everything was just rattling around inside. It looked like it had been packed in a hurry, like no one really checked it before sending it out. I was expecting better, so yeah... not happy with this at all

"Selection felt limited"
I checked out daggear.com hoping to find some gear, but the selection felt small. Compared to other sites I’ve used, there just wasn’t much variety, and most of what they had wasn’t really what I was looking for

"Works, but the site is a clunky mess"
The site technically works, but using it feels like dealing with some half-baked, clunky mess. Pages load slower than they should, and finding the right item sometimes takes way more clicking around than necessary.

The filters and sorting options are weak, and a few product pages barely give you enough info to know what you’re actually buying. It’s not totally broken, but it’s definitely annoying in that “who designed this?” kind of way.

Checkout was fine enough, I guess, but the overall website needs work. Smoother navigation, clearer buttons, and less of this sloppy layout would make the whole experience a lot better.

"I honestly can’t make this up"
So yeah, this was kind of a weird experience. I was expecting one thing, and then the whole situation just went in a completely different direction. i laughed at first because it felt unreal, but then I was also annoyed. Like, how does that even happen? Anyway, I guess it worked out in the end, but wow… definitely not what I had in mind.

I used the sizing guide on daggear.com and it did help me some, but not like totally perfect or anything. The fit ended up being a little tighter than I was thinking it would be. It’s not a big huge issue, I can still deal with it, but next time I would probably go one size up. Shipping was all fine, I just wish the size info was more clear to figure out.

I was trying to place an order on daggear.com, and the checkout process was more frustrating than I expected. The page felt slow, and every time I changed something in my cart it took a bit to actually update, which got old fast.
The shipping cost also didn’t show up until late in the process, and I REALLY don’t love that. Then my first payment attempt failed, but instead of telling me what happened, it just kicked me back with no clear explanation.
I did eventually get the order through, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything. But the whole thing felt clunky and not especially smooth, especially compared to how checkout SHOULD be...

"Refund took longer than expected"
I ordered from Daggear and ended up sending the item back. The refund did eventually come through, but it took way longer than I thought it would, and I had to follow up a couple times. It wasn’t a complete nightmare or anything, but something about it was just frustrating having to wait around and keep checking in.

"Discounts were a little confusing"
I was browsing the site and everything looked smooth at first, so I figured checkout would be simple too. But once I got there, the discount details were kind of hard to understand. I thought I was getting a bigger deal than what actually showed up in the final total. Not the worst experience, but it left me a bit disappointed
